Citizens Advisory Council (CAC)
Citizens Advisory Council (CAC)
The state legislation that created the DDA also provided for the creation of a Downtown Area Citizens Advisory Council (CAC). This group of citizens living in the DDA area works to advise the DDA and City Council about downtown issues and opportunities that affect downtown livability.
The CAC typically meets the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor City Council Work Room, City Hall, 301 E. Huron.
CAC members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council.
